The menu features a Southern take on American Classics and this concept is a favorite among locals for a date night. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires the individual to be active in all areas of the restaurant's operations that also includes profit and loss analysis and management, particularly with labor and cost of goods. Must have a minimum of 2 years of full-service restaurant leadership experience.
-Must have a track record of a stable career progression; job hoppers will not be considered.
-Demonstrated success as a manager who has led a team to achieve a high level of customer service.
-Thorough understanding of profit and loss management and financial reporting.
-Articulate in writing and speech.
-Ability to quickly adapt to change and evolution.
-Must be highly self-driven and able to work under limited supervision.
