General Manager – Luxury Restaurant, Lounge and Event Venue

$100,000 - $120,000 base + benefits + bonuses

This is a General Manager opportunity with a cutting-edge company operating exciting restaurants, nightlife venues, and hospitality foodservice management services globally. The ideal candidate for this position will have an enthusiastic and ambitious attitude and the proven ability to lead a large team of staff in a high volume, upscale restaurant, lounge, and event venue. This is a multi-unit position all under one roof. You will oversee a team of managers and culinary professionals who run this multi-level, flagship facility. -Qualified candidates will bring at least 5+ years of recent General Manager experience (or equivalent) in a high-volume upscale dining, luxury bar or nightlife setting ($10M/year as a minimum).
-Strong knowledge of beer, wines, and spirits.
-Extensive promotions and special event execution experience and a knack for hiring and developing great people.
-Dedication to providing the highest level of service and creating long-lasting relationships with guests, team members, vendors, DJ's, and the surrounding corporate community is a must.
-Recent experience with NYC government regulations governing the bar, restaurant, nightlife industry and health/public safety.
-Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
-Willingness to work a varied schedule including frequent evenings and weekends.
