The ideal candidate for this role brings 1-3+ years of General Manager level experience from an upscale dining restaurant group. Stable employment history with large well known hospitality organizations and smaller boutique restaurants will be considered. Candidates must understand and connect with a trendy, sophisticated dining scene. The ideal candidate for this role will have above average wine knowledge, strong leadership abilities and a passion to drive sales and service.
