Seeking a lively General Manager for an extremely high volume, chic, and innovative global restaurant group. The GM has complete FOH oversight including profit & loss, labor, service standards, general maintenance, and revenue generation accountability. There is over 100 FOH staff with more than 200 total employees so having strong leadership skills and high volume experience is imperative. Minimum of 2-3 years of GM experience at an upscale to fine-dining, full-service restaurant
Must have high-volume experience; $10 million in annual food and beverage revenue or greater
Demonstrated track record of effective leadership; highly-driven, hands-on, progressive, ability to motivate and develop others
Outgoing, charismatic professionals with a proven track record of delivering service and financial results
Must be comfortable in a high-energy, nightlife environment
