The Restaurant Manager ensures the highest quality of food and service while building and developing a team that exudes hospitality. • Posses and exude the highest level of hospitality
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role
• Hands-on leadership approach, leading from the front and by example
• Effectively able to manage the schedule, day-to-day operations, and understand a P&L
• Versatile communication style to effectively interact with all team members and guest
• Resolution of all service-related issues with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine regard for our brand and our guest experience
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, pride in the details, and ethical behavior
