We are looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager with experience in concepts that are chef-driven, fine dining, exceptional wine lists and cocktails for this Denver based, multi-concept restaurant group. This group is home to Denver’s most trendy and popular concepts. We are looking for someone creative and quick on their feet. Someone with a presence on the floor that can lead and manage a team. Experienced Restaurant Managers from similar, high-volume and independent groups preferred. You will be joining a restaurant with a solid Chef team with plenty of experience and creativity. Restaurant does approximately $6mm/yr.
Minimum 2-year proven track record in a high volume and upscale dining restaurant as General Manager.
Must have experience with Marketing and sales building.
Ability to understand an income statement (P & L) and leadership ability to take action based on the numbers.
Front of House staff hiring, performance management, and discipline.
Exudes professionalism, sophistication and polished communication skills at all times.
Must possess deep knowledge of polished dining steps of service, and proven ability to implement those processes.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and be proficient in problem analysis and solving.
