RESPONSIBILITIES:

This in-airport service delivery program is rapidly expanding to major cities across the United States. We are seeking a hospitality-driven Airport Director (General Manager) to lead operations of the Minneapolis/St. Paul location. The Airport Director is responsible for hiring, leading, and developing teams of Supervisors and Service Ambassadors. The Airport Director is also responsible for new customer acquisition and must have the ability to plan and execute trendsetting promotions through various forums including social media and public relations to reach new passengers and airport employees. This position offers a base salary (up to $60,000 DOE) plus valuable stock options (the company is rapidly growing) + medical, dental and vision benefits + performance-based bonuses

REQUIREMENTS:

- There is a lot of autonomy in this role and the ideal candidate will be a self-directed, highly motivated professional with contagious enthusiasm for providing top-notch service, sometimes under challenging air travel related circumstances
-1 year of previous General Manager experience as a minimum or 3 years of Assistant General Manager experience in a service-focused hospitality concept (hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, etc.)
-Strong communication skills and the ability to respectfully convey information to others clearly and simply, from airport directors to employees and guests
-A competitive mindset and drive to grow a business through developing sales and new customer engagement
