The General Manager will manage and lead the team and overall operational aspects of the full-service hotel which includes ensuring the success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding revenue and profit goals, effectively controlling costs, and ensuring associate satisfaction, product quality, and outstanding guest service. The GM will inspire and support this full-service hotel's leadership to team to reach their highest potential while delivering results.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel experience is required with at 2 years experience as a Hotel General Manager
F&B experience is required
Track record of solid and effective leadership and mentoring skills
Highly disciplined with a focus on elevating guest satisfaction
Exceptional understanding of financials and financial reporting
Strong computer skills including email, document, and spreadsheet applications
Prior IHG experience is highly preferred
