A dynamic QSR Group is looking for a Human Resources Field Manager to oversee the different aspects of the Human Resources department from compliance to talent acquisition; from employee development to cultivating a collaborative, inspiring work environment. The HR Field Manager will advise on disciplinary action for both hourly and managerial issues. Also, He or She will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Specifically, the ideal candidate will respond to employee issues/hotline calls; conduct culture surveys; ensure performance reviews occur at all levels; audit hourly employees’ files annually; conduct role related Training and Development classes based on the needs of the business; HR training/onboarding for new GMs and ADs; participate in professional development training classes; conduct or facilitate bench calls and position readiness evaluations; manage promotion process for internal promotes.

Bachelor's degree in HR, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Human Resources department with various generalist duties and responsibilities. SHRM certification a plus.
HRIS software experience preferred. SAP knowledge a plus.
Experience supporting employees in a multi-unit environment, or operations management preferred.
