You will work under the direction of the Director of Operations and assist all markets in HR related issues. Based in St. Louis, you will cover the St. Louis, Arkansas, and surrounding markets, over 100 locations. Maintain staffing levels, ensure development, and advise on disciplinary actions for management and hourly employees. Working with the Director of HR to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies. Investigations, Unemployment documentation and hearings, ensuring performance reviews are completed, audits, onboarding, etc will all be a part of your day to day activities.
THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE TRAVEL WITHIN THE MARKETS.
Bachelors Degree in HR and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in a field related HR role.
Restaurant background highly preferred.
HRIS software experience preferred. SAP as well.
Experience supporting a multi-unit area and team.
