We are looking for a Kitchen Manager for this high-volume restaurant & bar. The Kitchen Manager ensures the highest quality of food and service while building and developing a team that can handle the high volume of service. Serving food in a timely manner with a high level of consistency is critical to the team's success. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for creating specials and signature dishes for the restaurant. The ideal candidate will come from a corporate restaurant background with a culinary degree.
-At least 3 years of salaried KM level experience in a recognized corporate style concept.
-High-volume leadership experience
-Experience with ordering, inventory, budgets, P&L, labor, hiring, training, execution, safety and sanitation.
-A drive for results.
-A team player who knows how to lead and teach.
