This flagship, high-volume restaurant and bar is seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen Manager with an eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to consistency and kitchen execution. Born from a six-generation family culture, this restaurant will showcase beer hall favorites using the finest ingredients and requires a Kitchen Manager to lead the way. The ideal candidate will be an established and self-driven chef with experience in the oversight of people development, purchasing, inventory, food production, food and labor costs, cleanliness and sanitation, and the overall day to day operations for the back of the house. The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for fostering a positive and professional work culture while ensuring that company policies and standards are maintained.
5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years at the Kitchen Manager/Chef level.
Maintain and drive the highest food quality and sanitation standards.
Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, co-workers, and guests.
Ability to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
Must have a high level of experience in food handling.
Possesses hands-on experience in culinary production, prep, ordering and receiving.
Organizational skills including experience managing a budget, purchasing, and P&L
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
