Established restaurant in Seagrove Beach seeking a qualified Kitchen Manager! The Kitchen Manager will have a proven track record in all facets of Culinary Management with demonstrated experience in developing a quality food program and menu. The Kitchen Manager must possess strong communication, time management and organizational skills. We also need someone with a strong training background and P&L management skills.
This key position is an integral part of the Management Team and is a direct report to the General Manager. A passion for food and a knowledge of current trends, coupled with creativity and a desire for quality is a must. The candidate must adhere to all policies and procedure related to food acquisition and preparations as well as implementing and monitoring labor and food budgets. The ability to select, train, retain and manage a team is imperative. A stable job history & excellent references required.

The ideal candidate will have a substantial culinary background; possessing strong food and management knowledge as well as high-volume experience. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of high-volume experience ($3 million+) as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager. Team player mentality and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, high volume environment. Excellent time management skills, hands-on, and ability to work independently. Flexible availability to work day, evening and weekend hours as business needs dictate. Successful controlling of the cost associated with running a profitable business.
