We are looking for a Kitchen Manager for an upscale-casual eatery. The Kitchen Manager ensures the highest quality of food and service while building and developing a team that can handle the high volume of service. Serving food in a timely manner with a high level of consistency is critical to the team's success. The kitchen manager will be responsible for creating specials and signature dishes for the restaurant. The ideal candidate will come from a corporate restaurant background with a culinary degree.
Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager for a full food service restaurant
Ability to manage sales volume of $3 million or higher
Knowledge of common food safety practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
