RESPONSIBILITIES:

James Beard nominated, chef-driven restaurant group is seeking a dynamic and passionate Kitchen Manager in Nashville. This Chef-driven concept’s ideal candidate will motivate, inspire and drive standards in the kitchen, as well as possess the ability to coach and train the culinary team. This is a hands-on position, in a high-energy, high-octane environment that has great potential for growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years at the Kitchen Manager level.
Maintain and drive the highest food quality and sanitation standards.
Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, co-workers, and guests.
Ability to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
Must have a high level of experience in food handling.
Possesses hands-on experience in culinary production, prep, ordering and receiving.
Organizational skills including experience managing a budget, purchasing, and P&L
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
