The ideal candidate for this role brings 2 or more years of Kitchen Manager/Culinary Manager experience from a systems-based, dynamic, full service restaurant. Experience mentoring team members on menu planning, controlling food cost, controlling labor costs and maintaining safety and sanitation. Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
