This vibrant Mexican restaurant and bar featuring authentic, contemporary Mexican food and craft cocktails is seeking a creative Mixologist/Lead Bartender. The Mixologist/Lead Bartender will be tasked with developing a Mexican cantina-inspired cocktail menu and beverage offerings for this new concept opening. This position would entail bar costing and ordering, training and teaching of staff. The Mixologist/Lead Bartender will support the restaurant operation by demonstrating exceptional people & service skills and training and setting an example to employees on the standards, menu items, and practices in the restaurant. This is a tipped position.

-The successful Mixologist/Lead Bartender will be consistently gracious, friendly and be able to multitask in a
high volume restaurant environment.
-Certification of training in liquor, wine, food service alcohol awareness programs
-Completion of a reputable bartending course
-Knowledge of beer, liquor and wine with an above average knowledge of tequila and mezcal
-Must have a flexible schedule
