RESPONSIBILITIES:

An established Winston Salem restaurant whose craft is producing award-winning regional farm to table cuisine is looking for a restaurant manager to join its team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities for the Restaurant Manager include:

*Managing a FOH staff of 25+
*Writing the weekly staff schedule
*Running smooth, consistent shifts
*Sales & Labor reports, and using that data to adjust the schedule accordingly
*Participating in New Hire Orientation, and training program
*Continued Education of our staff including wine and alcohol training, and proper steps of service
*Executing proper opening and closing procedures of the store
*Reporting weekly at manager meetings on your projects and areas of responsibility
*Helping curate our beverage program including cocktail, beer, and wine lists
*Assist with Payroll Processing, adjust time cards, running financials for staff, tip outs
*Upholding our Health Inspection Standards at all times, including taking a ServSafe Class, and doing daily walkthroughs
*Maintaining all needs throughout the store and communicating when things need attention
*Taking and executing catering orders
*Helping execute on-site events and buyouts of the restaurant
