This position is responsible for management, architecture, implementation, ongoing maintenance and operations of Point of Sale (Aloha) systems. This role should also develop close working relations with operations and remain current on operational procedures in order to recommend new technologies to improve our business and guest experiences.
Ensure a high level of support to the restaurant locations regarding technical systems.
Monitors and enforces the proper level of service provided by POS helpdesk vendor
Serve as administrator for the POS database and related applications.
Actively involved in the openings of new locations, setup, and configuration.
Manage all item maintenance, menu changes, price and category management for all locations.
Experience with Aloha Table Service POS and related restaurant solutions is REQUIRED
Subject matter expert on NCR offerings: Aloha POS, CFC, Online Order, Aloha Kitchen, Loyalty preferred
Strong customer service skills
Handle new features, upgrades and ongoing maintenance for all solutions
Effective communication skills with internal teams and vendors
Builds relationships with vendor tech support, resulting in better/faster resolutions
Ability to work with franchisees and store level management
Attention to detail and accuracy
