This growing catering company that is redefining what is possible for foodservice in its category, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager at its high-volume Boston location. The primary focus of the Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Procedures. She/He is responsible for ensuring compliance of all regulatory requirements, product quality, micro testing, formula integrity, allergen control program, HACCP, GMP program, hold and release program, and self-inspection program. The Quality Assurance Manager is the facility’s SQF -practitioner and SQF training team leader.
5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role in the food industry (RTE food manufacturing experienced strongly desired)
Recent employment experience in an SQF facility
Computer literacy; knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
