-The ideal candidate for this Recruiting Manager position will bring at least 3 years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience as a dedicated recruiting/talent acquisition specialist with all levels of employment (hourly, management, executive) in the restaurant/food service industry.
-Must be very comfortable with public speaking in the promotion of brand and job opportunities in various forums, interviews, and career fairs.
-Proven success with employee workforce planning and creating unique and effective job advertising and candidate sourcing strategies.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
-Must have impeccable organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize assignments based on urgency.
-Must have a sound foundation of knowledge in laws/regulations pertaining to HR employment law.
