The Talent Acquisition Manager manages the entire full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing candidates to ensuring that the onboarding experience is an amazing introduction to this forwrad thinking Company and its culture. This position will positively promote and impact the Company culture to internal and external candidates, assist in maintaining appropriate management staffing levels in all markets that they do business, and be the first point of contact for all potential Managers and Team Members! The Talent Acquisition Manager will own the development, implementation, maintenance, tracking and promotion of talent acquisition programs and partner with the operators and training team to hire and train the most talented managers and team members in the industry. It’s the most challenging and rewarding of all Human Resources functions – creating opportunity for career growth and establishing the Company as an employer of choice. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.


• Team player with proven ability to build strong working relationships and rapport with Operations and other Departments in the Corporate Office
• Ability to establish rapport with candidates and to represent the company in a professional and positive manner
• Proven track record of success over an extended period of time
• 2-3 years of experience in multi-state talent acquisition operations
• Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations related to multi-state payroll processing
• Experience with Ultimate Software or similar web-based HRIS/ Payroll system for onboarding purposes
• Relevant hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
• Strong understanding of day to day restaurant operations
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• College degree preferred
