Reporting to the Director of HR and Regional Director of Operations, the Human Resources Field Manager is responsible for activating and leading HR initiatives within the assigned region, which in this case is Greater St. Louis, Missouri. Exceptional ability to establish relationships across all levels and solid experience in employee relations are the foundation to success for this position. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to providing employee relations counsel/support/advise to managers/leadership, conduct HR audits during field visits, facilitate training, direct employee relations investigations, maintain personnel files/documentation, assist with UI hearings and EEO claims, and manage the onboarding process.

Must have a minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience with at least 2 years in a multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hotel environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a must
Prior multi-unit quick service restaurant HR experience is highly preferred
This position is remote but does require the ability to commute to the restaurants within the Greater St. Louis area and the corporate office as needed
SHRM certification is valued
HRIS experience preferred
