Our client is looking for a strong, high energy, motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager for their very busy location near the ballpark!

You will be in charge of all day to day activities including great guest service, labor, forecasts, hiring and training, ordering and inventory, safety and sanitation, and more! A coach and teacher to the staff on great service and bottom line execution. This is a hands on role that will have you on the line for execution, supervising both sides of the window.


At least 2 years of salaried manager experience in a recognized concept.
Strong background in a scratch kitchen, line development, high quality execution.
Sales volume experience of $4M/Yr.
Completed a manager training program from a recognized company.
Ability to work in a high volume, busy environment.
A focus on staff and building a culture of service.
