We're looking for a hands on, high energy, professional manager to join the team of our client's Tampa location. The right person for this job comes from a polished environment where service standards are followed. High volume, scratch kitchen, steakhouse concept within a large, national restaurant group. Lots of room to learn and grow!
2-3 years of salaried manager experience.
Completion of a recognized concept manager training program.
Strong base ability with all day to day manager roles and responsibilities including Service, Safety and Sanitation, Budgets, Labor, Food Cost, Hiring, Training, Ordering and Inventory, P&L, Guest Recovery
A willingness to be a self starter and drive your own development.
