As the FOH Manager with our client, you will lead the team and focus on great service and execution in this very high volume, full service casual restaurant and retail outlet. Our client is one of the biggest restaurant concepts in the country and prides themselves on southern charm and service.
1-3 years of Salaried Full Service Manager experience in a concept recognized for great service.
A solid grasp on departmental leadership.
A working knowledge of P&L, Budgets, Labor, Food Cost, Hiring, Safety and Sanitation.
A well rounded manager who can work in FOH or BOH as needed.
A great energy and drive for hospitality.
