The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the Front of the House, managing the floor, and ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service on a consistent basis for this high-volume, upscale restaurant group's location in Birmingham. Minimum of two years of management experience in a high volume ($4 million+), upscale restaurant environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays depending on business demands
