RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make a meaningful impact as the Restaurant Event Sales Manager for this international, high-end, steakhouse group's restaurant located just minutes away from Universal and Disney attractions in Orlando, FL! If you are a natural sales-hunter with a minimum of 3 years of catering/event/banquet/private dining sales experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment, we want to hear from you!

Seeking a confident, organized, and thoughtful sales leader to proactively source new group and private dining business as well as increase re-bookings with existing clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, loves solving problems, building long-lasting relationships, and creating memorable experiences. The outgoing and charismatic Restaurant Event Sales Manager will also be charged with promoting the restaurant through establishing relationships with local organizations and associations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3+ years of catering/private dining sales in a high-volume, upscale to a fine-dining environment is required
Must have a proven track record of driving measurable sales growth
Local market experience is highly valued
Having existing client relationships to leverage will put you a step above the rest
Strong marketing acumen through multiple channels
Highly driven self-starter with both a collaborative and hands-on approach
Ability to think creatively and adapt to the dynamic needs of the restaurant
Characterized as an outgoing, energetic, persistent, people person
