We are looking for a talented Executive Chef for this scratch kitchen, premium casual concept. This position requires high volume experience with sales above $4 million a year. This concept has proven recipes so little creativity is required. What is required is a passion for great food and people. * 3 plus years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager for a restaurant
* High Volume experience of $4 million a year
* A team builder for a proven track record of promoting and developing cooks and chefs
* Highly organized operator with a systems background
