Our client is a very large, corporate and franchised full service gastropub style concept. Established location in Lincoln needs a high caliber GM to lead day to day operations. The right GM for this concept is strong with systems and structure, knows how to motivate and lead, and enjoys being out front with the team on the floor, talking to guests and driving sales. P&L ability and proven record of being successful in all areas including bottom line performance.
2-3 years of GM experience in a recognized full service concept.
Sales volume experience of at least $3M/Yr.
A track record of people development and identifying talent.
A solid P&L acumen and the knowledge.
Ability to coach, teach, and develop managers and staff.
Hands on, floor leader, this is not a desk job.
