The General Manager for this client is a true Leader of the people. Our client is a well established, full service Restaurant and Retail concept that prides itself on Southern Charm and Hospitality! The GM will lead a very large team in all day to day operations, guest and service excellence, strong P&L controls, Labor, Budgets, Food Cost, and high volume execution!
Our GM candidate needs at least 2-3 years of high volume GM experience in a recognized high volume, service oriented concept.
Strong P&L abilities, including being able to coach, teach, and develop others.
A guest focused leader, this will not be an office job.
A strong track record of success and development of both concept and staff.
