The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Restaurant Management (at least 2 on the General Manager level) experience in high volume, upscale/fine dining restaurants. He or She must be passionate about the industry and have the ability to foster a collaborative environment. The candidate must also have the ability to multi-task and stay poised under pressure.
