Our client, an established and highly-awarded, full-service restaurant chain is seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager for their high-volume location in Orange Park, Florida. Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager will have oversight of FOH operations and lead the team by providing the tools and knowledge that they need to drive financial results with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Minimum of 2 years of full-service "chain" restaurant management experience with a minimum annual volume of $2 million plus is required
Track record of successfully managing and motivating a team of at least 20 is a must
Must be comfortable working with budgets, creating forecast reports, and assuming full charge P&L responsibility
