We’re seeking a high-energy, hands-on Restaurant Manager to a dedicated crew of rockstars in this chef-driven farm to table concept in Asheville. Candidates must be a motivated self-starter that serves with honesty, integrity, and knowledge - while demonstrating the core values and principles of the company culture. Individual must possess superior customer service skills, and flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing environments.


*Lead the charge in all standards of excellence: communication, training, messaging, perception, personality, persona, and appearance
*Practice consistency in management standards
*strong beverage background in wine, craft beer, and cocktails
*Develop the culture and identifying management who match: hire slow, smart and strategic
*Evaluate constantly: FOH to BOH, from artists, guests to staff
*Provide the team all the tools for success
*Create new revenue streams: 90-day outlook, marketing strategy, and service incentives
*Mentor; be mentored: embrace our culture in life - in and out of the building
