A sophisticated, modern steak house is looking for an energetic, thoughtful and polished manager for its Nashville location. This restaurant’s chef-driven menu offers a variety of selections, small plates and entrees that celebrate fresh Tennesse ingredients while offering specialized polished service. The ideal Manager would add energy, style, and substance to the operation as well as manage the hiring, training and development of an exceptional staff.


Experience in full-service dining concepts is preferred. The Manager should exhibit excellent judgment in hiring and staffing and understand different generational expectations. He or She must have a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail as well as a strong desire to mentor, develop and motivate others. The Manager is expected to uphold and emulate the highest standards of hospitality and have the ability to “work the floor”. A strong understanding of and passion for beverage programs as well as wine knowledge is ideal.
