-Qualified candidates will bring at least 2 years of recent upscale, full-service restaurant management experience. -Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
-Extensive promotions and special event execution experience and a knack for hiring and developing great people.
-Dedication to providing the highest level of service and creating long-lasting relationships with guests, team members, vendors, DJs, and the surrounding residential and business community is a must.
-Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts from opening, mid, closing, weekdays and weekends.
-Must have a sound foundation of knowledge in laws/regulations pertaining to NYC human resources compliance.
-Strong problem-solving, organization and time management skills.
-Proficiency of basic computer applications and POS systems.
