Must have a minimum of 4 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience in full-service dining concepts.
Ability to uphold and emulate the highest standards of hospitality.
Solid background in training and development.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Open Table and recent usage of modern restaurant technology platforms.
