Restaurant Manager for a Southern Classic

NC Rocky Mount
$45,000.00 to $60,000.00 plus Bonus and Benefits

We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader for a well known full-service Southern restaurant that specializes in scratch cooking. The ideal candidate must have experience with high volume, 3 million plus a year in sales, and a hands-on approach to management. A mix of back and front of the house experience is a plus. The concept is located in Roanoke Rapids so a 45-minute commute is required coming out of Rocky Mount.


*Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor level or above
*Good knowledge and skill in general steps of service
*Prior experience in training service staff
*Good overall food & beverage knowledge
*Employee focus, positive approach, respect & empathy, able to handle basic employee issues & problems
*Fiscal responsibility, a basic understanding of general restaurant financials such as food/beverage & labor costs, inventory, the impact of comps & voids
*Accountability, good attention to detail does what he/she says, takes responsibility, maturity
*Proactive leader that takes initiative, “can do” attitude, good organizational skills
