This highly regarded restaurant group is seeking a bright and talented Restaurant Manager candidate with high-volume restaurant management experience (defined as $5mm+yr) and a track record and passion for developing people to reach goals and achieve financial results. Personal and professional maturity is a key attribute of success. This group has a strong Guest-first culture, emphasized by a passion for quality and excellence in food, atmosphere and service.

2-5 years Manager level experience in an upscale or casual restaurant atmosphere that values all scratch kitchens and warm service. Proven track record of delivering financial, human resource, and operational results. Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy. Excellent references and a stable job history are required.
