2-5 years Manager level experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant atmosphere. Proven track record of delivering financial, human resource, and operational results. Strong honesty, integrity, and guest-oriented philosophy. Excellent references and a stable job history are required.
Candidates outside the Indianapolis market that are willing to relocate will be considered. This group will continue to open new restaurants around the country!
