This highly regarded restaurant group that is fairly new to the Indianapolis market is seeking a bright and talented Manager candidate with high-volume restaurant management experience and a track record and passion for developing people to reach goals and achieve financial results. Personal and professional maturity is a key attribute of success. This group has a strong Guest-first culture, emphasized by a passion for quality and excellence in food, atmosphere and service.

2-5 years Manager level experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant atmosphere. Proven track record of delivering financial, human resource, and operational results. Strong honesty, integrity, and guest-oriented philosophy. Excellent references and a stable job history are required.

Candidates outside the Indianapolis market that are willing to relocate will be considered. This group will continue to open new restaurants around the country!
