This local favorite in the Dayton restaurant scene is seeking a detail-focused Restaurant Manager with a heart for hospitality, service, and guest relations. In this role, you will report directly to the Owner, effectively manage staffing levels, drive sales, train and motivate staff, resolve customer issues, observe service, and anticipate and correct problems. This is a hands-on role for a self-driven Assistant Manager who loves being in the dining room and interacting with guests.
Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Management experience in a full-service, elevated dining setting. Candidate must be a "go-getter" with a positive, team-oriented attitude, excellent communication, and strong leadership skills. Candidate should possess a passion for food and a drive for success. Basic understanding of labor and budget controls would be helpful but is trainable. If you thrive in a “guest first” environment, remain calm under pressure then this may be the job for you!
