Restaurant Manager – High Volume Casual Dining

$50,000.00 to $60,000.00 plus benefits and bonus

Hey Greenville North Carolina. We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader for a well known Southern restaurant that specializes in scratch cooking. The ideal candidate must have experience with high volume, 3 million plus a year in sales, and a hands-on approach to management. A mix of back and front of the house experience is a plus.


*2+ years of Restaurant Management experience preferred.
*Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
*Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
*Must have the ability to accurately handle money, make a change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge.
*Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
*Passion for the business and compassion for people.
*Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
*Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
*Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced and stressful environment
