Atlanta's premier dining and entertainment destination is seeking an ambitious Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations of a unique bar and restaurant concept. The Restaurant Manager ensures all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions. She/He assists with creating innovative programs and promotions to market special menu items, increase sales, and increase guest patronage. The Restaurant Manager assists the venue overall in achieving budgeted revenues, controlling expenses and labor cost, and maximize profitability. The Restaurant Manager is an integral player in executing special events scheduled for the venue.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager. Proven F&B skills and exceptional FOH guest service are essential. A background in upscale and high volume food & beverage operations is highly desirable. High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting.
