This successful, multi-generational, barbecue concept is looking for managers to join their value-driven team. Managers are responsible for upholding standards and driving consistency while maintaining the brand's core values and culture. The ideal candidate will work the floor, inspire the team and possess a keen eye for detail. The manager must be able to work within systems and understand the importance of consistency and in both food and service.
*3+ years of Front and/or Back of House experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
*Have a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
*Ability to understand and positively impact the P&L.
*Perform functions/tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
*Able to motivate the staff and form a cohesive team.
*Possess strong verbal communication skills as well as written.
*Understand basic accounting and computer skills and the ability to work with the latest restaurant technology platforms.
