The ideal candidate will have 4 years (minimum) of Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, upscale casual or fine dining restaurant. Must be passionate about the industry and demonstrate professionalism and authenticity. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Open Table and recent usage of modern restaurant technology platforms. Ability to multi-task and remain calm and upbeat under pressure is essential. Most importantly, must be committed to creating a positive, supportive and safe environment for team members, guests, and the community, at all times.
