The Assistant Manager will work to ensure store standards, sales, and profitability are at an optimum level while maintaining a positive work environment that this group is known for. 1-3+ years management experience in a reputable $3 million + casual restaurant with a scratch kitchen preferred. Must be outgoing and personable with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically accept challenges, find innovative solutions and collaborate with leadership. Must be comfortable working with budgets, creating forecast reports, and dealing with all guest and staff concerns.
Also required is experience in:
Food and labor cost
Food safety procedures
Experience in employee labor laws and employee retention
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
