Director of Restaurant Operations Training and HR – Full-Service Restaurant Group

Depending on experience, target base range $90,000-110,000

This is a hands-on position within the restaurant operations and full-service, polished dining, restaurant management experience is required.
Experience creating full-service, restaurant-specific training programs is REQUIRED.
This is an opportunity to join a restaurant group that is growing in the Denver area and lead the people development responsibilities. This position will also handle HR functions including compliance, employee relations, and recruiting.


Experience in a fast paced growing business. The ideal candidate will have worked with a restaurant group from one to two locations and grown the business to ten+ locations.
Restaurant or hospitality specific Human Resources experience is REQUIRED.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience in a generalist role.
Minimum of 3 years of restaurant training experience required
Demonstrated successful staffing and recruiting experience.
Experience developing and leading the implementation of programs and processes.
SPHR or PHR preferred.
Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast paced environment; ability to process information quickly and accurately provide alternatives for key business issues; adaptability and flexibility to changing situations and environment.
Working knowledge of finance and operations.
Highly refined oral and written communication skills.
Ability to create new and innovative solutions in response to changes in the industry, strategic objectives of the company, or market opportunities.
Advanced computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Excellent organization skills to track and provide guidance on multiple projects.
