This luxury hotel in downtown Denver is looking to add a Room Service Manager to the team. This individual will oversee the Room Service operations by selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. Must have the ability to be visible in the operations, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests.
Must have very high standards and connect to a sophisticated clientele. College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required. Two to three years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage. Room Service Management experience is highly preferred.
