Sales Manager – Innovative Fine Dining Restaurant

$90,000 - $100,000 base + benefits + bonuses
RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will have you leading the group sales and private dining department for a very hot and unique restaurant group with a location in Midtown Manhattan. In this position, you will be responsible for growing sales through relationship building, networking, sophisticated selling skills, outbound sales efforts, organization, and persistence.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will be a highly-motivated, sales-driven professional with 3-5+ years of recent special event sales, catering sales or group dining sales experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. Strong knowledge of the local market, an existing contact list and a proven track record of driving measurable sales growth are essential. Recent hotel/restaurant sales experience in the White Plains, NY area expected.
