This creative, design-driven company provides high-quality, USA made products to the top commercial and multi-site residential projects around the world. The Sales Manager will be over the five NYC boroughs and Long Island with a market segment focus on corporate, senior living, retail, hospitality, higher education, institutions, and multi-unit residential. The main function of this role will be calling on design firms, end-users, and wall/flooring specialists to present new materials and working with contractors and sub-contractors through the purchasing and installation phase. -5+ years of sales experience in NYC (in house or multi-line representative)
-Well connected to the design community and end-user contract clients
-Detail minded, well organized, team player
-Personal passion for good design and creative, innovation products
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to track projects and forecast to build the pipeline
-Experience with floor or wallcovering sales is not required but will be highly valued
